Aiven
Led a cross-functional project to kickstart SaaS product experimentation at Aiven. Partnered with a growth marketer to lead the project, and worked with engineers and analysts to set up infrastructure. Designed and shipped the first experiment focused on boosting user activation, and paved the way for ongoing learning and growth.

Perk
Conversion optimization for Perk, a boutique clothing brand. Strengthened positioning with sharp messaging & copy: stripped non-essentials to show the brand's fun boldness. Grew landing page conversions by emphasizing information that builds trusts (return policy, customer reviews). Boosted checkout conversions by reducing the number of steps to purchase.

Osiguranik
Branding overhaul and ecommerce website redesign for Osiguranik, a leading insurance marketplace in Serbia. Working with the client and my team at Alpha Design, I helped the brand position themselves as a trusted advisor for a young audience and deliver user experiences that deliver on that promise.

Bebbo
0→1 design for Bebbo. First launched by UNICEF to help a Serbian phone counseling service offer better support to new parents, Bebbo ultimately reached 14 countries, exceeded 1 million downloads, and became UNICEF's flagship parenting app. Working with my team at Alpha Design, I designed the app from scratch and built a lightweight design system to support future iterations.
